Co-Pilot Scholarship Programme
Mentorship for fully funded undergraduate scholarships, from Grade 9 or O Levels.
Our commitment
At We Alif, we believe every capable student deserves access to quality education and global opportunities. This programme is deliberately priced well below its true cost, as part of our mission to create lasting social impact.
By making expert guidance affordable, we aim to help talented students from every background pursue scholarships and their academic goals, for their own success and for the progress of their communities.
1. Our services
We Alif provides expert mentorship for profile building and application preparation. We act as the student's co-pilot, refining their strategy at every stage. The student remains responsible for submitting applications to their chosen scholarship programmes.
2. Who the programme is for, and how long it lasts
The programme is designed for students in Grade 9, Grade 10, O Levels or an equivalent stage. The length and focus of skill development are set case by case, based on the student's academic standing and the time left before their target application window.
The timeline for skill development and scholarship applications is agreed with each student and confirmed at enrolment.
3. Fees and payment
- Registration fee: PKR 100,000 (exclusive of tax), due at enrolment.
- Success fee for a tuition waiver: PKR 150,000 (exclusive of tax).
- Success fee for a fully funded scholarship (tuition and living expenses): PKR 250,000 (exclusive of tax).
- When the success fee is due: only if the student secures a scholarship, and within 7 days of the student receiving the scholarship offer.
- Third-party costs: our fees do not cover external costs. University and scholarship portal application fees are the student's responsibility.
4. Refund policy
4.1 When the registration fee is refunded in full
We are committed to the student's success. If the student engages fully with the programme, takes part actively, follows our guidance and makes every reasonable effort (including submitting applications on time), and still receives no scholarship offer, we will refund the registration fee in full.
Refunds are paid within 60 business days of it being formally confirmed that no scholarship was secured. Any tax deducted or charged at the time of payment, including withholding tax, is borne by the student and is not refundable.
4.2 When the registration fee is not refunded
The registration fee is not refundable if:
- Withdrawal: the student withdraws from the programme for any reason after registration, at any stage of the process.
- Negligence or non-cooperation: a scholarship is not awarded because of the student's own negligence (see below).
- Conduct: the student becomes ineligible for scholarships or for the programme because of academic misconduct, legal issues or other actions unrelated to We Alif's services.
Negligence includes, for example:
- failing to provide accurate, complete or timely documents requested by We Alif or by scholarship providers;
- failing to submit applications or supporting documents by the deadlines;
- missing scheduled guidance sessions, mock or real interviews, or training modules;
- providing false, misleading or incomplete information;
- any other action or inaction by the student that clearly harms the application or makes them ineligible.
How negligence is assessed: we review the records in the student's portal, such as tasks, deadlines and attendance, with the help of our AI-based system. If these records show that the scholarship was missed because of missed tasks or deadlines, the refund does not apply. The records are shared with the family on request.
4.3 Deductions
Approved refunds cover the base service fee only. Taxes, levies and transaction fees paid to the government or to financial institutions are not refundable.
5. Student responsibilities
By enrolling, the student agrees to:
- Provide accurate information: share all academic, personal and financial documents truthfully, completely and promptly.
- Take part actively: attend skill development sessions, mock interviews and guidance meetings, and follow We Alif's advice and instructions carefully.
- Upload documents on time: upload all scholarship documents to their portal before the closing dates, and follow their We Alif Submission Calendar so that every application is submitted on time.
- Keep us informed: tell We Alif promptly about any offers, rejections, changes in personal circumstances or other relevant updates.
- Cover third-party costs: our fees cover only our own services. University application fees, test fees (for example IELTS, SAT or GRE), visa fees, travel, health insurance and living costs are the student's responsibility, unless a fully funded scholarship covers them.
6. Our commitment and disclaimers
- Best efforts: We Alif will use its best efforts, expertise and resources to guide and prepare the student to secure scholarships.
- No scholarship guarantee: We Alif does not guarantee that the student will secure a scholarship. Final decisions rest solely with scholarship bodies and universities.
- Changes to the programme: We Alif may make reasonable changes to the programme or to these terms, with prior written notice to the student.
- Force majeure: We Alif is not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics or government action.
7. Ending the agreement
This agreement may be ended:
- By mutual agreement: with the written consent of both the student and We Alif.
- By We Alif: immediately, if the student breaches a material term, fails to cooperate as required or provides fraudulent information. In that case the registration fee is not refunded.
8. Intellectual property
All materials provided by We Alif, including templates, statement of purpose guides, interview training content and AI tools, are proprietary. They may not be copied, distributed or shared without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties will keep each other's sensitive information confidential.
- We Alif may use student success stories or feedback in its marketing, unless the student declines in writing.
10. Call recording
To maintain quality and for internal training, calls may be monitored or recorded. By taking part in these calls, the student consents to this, in line with our privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If it cannot be resolved that way, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance
By signing this agreement, or by registering and paying the registration fee, the student (and their parent or guardian, if the student is under 18) confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
Common App Programme (Undergraduate)
Undergraduate applications to US universities through the Common App, with a refund-backed Scholarship Assurance.
1. Fees and payment
- Initial service fee: PKR 100,000 (exclusive of applicable taxes), payable in full at enrolment.
- Second instalment: PKR 400,000 (exclusive of applicable taxes), payable within seven (7) days of the date the student secures an Admission with Scholarship under the programme.
- Third-party costs: neither fee covers third-party costs, even though We Alif processes the applications. These include university and scholarship application fees; entrance, standardised and language test fees; translation and legalisation; visa fees; insurance; proof of funds; and travel, accommodation and living costs. They are the student's responsibility unless a scholarship covers them.
2. Scholarship Assurance and visa disclaimer
- The programme: for undergraduate applicants applying through the Common Application (Common App). Other application systems and study levels are not covered unless agreed in writing.
- Admission with Scholarship means an official offer of admission from a university on the Common App platform, together with a scholarship such as merit-based aid, need-based aid, a tuition waiver or another financial award.
- Scholarship Assurance: provided the student complies with these terms, We Alif assures the student of an Admission with Scholarship, backed by the refund in section 3.1. Because the university and the type or amount of scholarship depend on each university's own offer, these details are confirmed once that offer is issued.
- No visa guarantee: We Alif does not guarantee visa approval. We provide visa support, but visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consulate or immigration authorities. The Scholarship Assurance does not extend to the visa, and a visa refusal, delay or cancellation does not entitle the student to a refund of any amount paid.
3. Refund policy
3.1 Full refund
If the student engages fully with the programme, follows our guidance and provides all required documents accurately and on time, but does not secure an Admission with Scholarship, we will refund the initial service fee within thirty (30) business days of it being formally confirmed that none was secured.
This is confirmed once every application submitted under the programme for the agreed intake has a final outcome, or when We Alif confirms it in writing. Refunds are paid by the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 No refund
Amounts already paid (the initial service fee and any second instalment) are not refundable if:
- Visa refused: the student secures an Admission with Scholarship but the visa is refused, delayed, cancelled or not issued in time, for any reason.
- Offer not taken up: the student declines, defers, or does not accept or enrol in an Admission with Scholarship.
- Withdrawal: the student withdraws from the programme for any reason after registration.
- Negligence or non-cooperation: an Admission with Scholarship is not secured because documents or information from the student were missing, late, false or incomplete, or because deadlines, sessions or interviews were missed.
- Misconduct: the student becomes ineligible because of academic misconduct, legal issues or other reasons unrelated to We Alif's services.
3.3 Deductions
Refunds cover the base initial service fee only. Taxes (including withholding tax), levies and transaction fees remain the student's responsibility and are not refundable.
4. Late payment and non-payment
- Late payment: if the second instalment is not paid within seven (7) days of securing an Admission with Scholarship, We Alif may pause its services until payment is received.
- Non-payment: any amount due under these terms is a legally binding payment obligation of the student (and of their parent or guardian, if the student is under 18). We will always try to resolve a missed payment amicably first. If it remains unpaid after a written reminder, We Alif may recover it through legal action under section 8.
5. Student responsibilities
- Documents: provide all documents and information We Alif requires, accurately, completely and on time. We Alif processes and submits applications on the student's behalf, based on the documents provided.
- Participation: take an active part in sessions and mock interviews, and follow the deadlines and Submission Calendar shared by We Alif.
- Updates: keep us informed of offers, rejections and any change in circumstances.
- Visa and immigration: meet visa and immigration requirements, including proof of financial means and insurance, and attend visa appointments, biometrics and interviews in person where the authorities require it.

7. Ending the agreement
This agreement may be ended by mutual written consent, or by We Alif immediately if the student materially breaches these terms, fails to cooperate or provides fraudulent information. In that case no refund is given.
