Students currently in matriculation or O-Levels who are committed to pursuing higher education abroad on full scholarships, regardless of current grades.

A fully funded scholarship covers all or most of the student’s educational and living expenses (tuition, accommodation, living costs, etc.). In contrast, a tuition fee waiver covers the tuition fees cost only.
