Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, plus 11% super.

Eligibility Criteria
"• Admission to practice law as a solicitor or barrister in New South Wales, with at least 3 years' post-admission experience.
• Hold a current practicing certificate enabling practice as a Solicitor in NSW.
• Proven ability to provide clear, specialist, expert, and strategic legal advice on complex and sensitive matters.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in relation to property transactions within a local government context, including but not limited to leases, licences, road closures and easements.
• Demonstrated experience in providing procurement and contracts related legal advice, including probity advice and advice on contract formation and management.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong understanding of, and previous experience working with, local government related legislation would be advantageous."
