Eligibility Criteria
Completed business education or degree (university/FH or similar), preferably with a focus on HR.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a
similar HR generalist position, preferably in a retail company with a branch network.
Experience with Austrian labor law and a willingness to
learn labor law in foreign subsidiaries.
Motivated team player with a hands-on mentality, who enjoys driving initiatives forward.
Enthusiasm, implementation skills, and a high degree of
personal responsibility.
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
Flexible and communicative personality.
Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent management, and
personnel development.
Structured, solution-oriented work style coupled with
digital affinity.
