The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad is a multi-tiered competition designed to stimulate and promote achievement in high school chemistry. It is sponsored by the American Chemical Society.

The United States National Chemistry Olympiad (or USNCO) is a contest held by the American Chemical Society (ACS)
Perks:
The purpose of the competition is to stimulate young people to achieve excellence in chemistry. The American Chemical Society has sponsored the program since 1984. Exams are administered annually in March and students are nominated for the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad competition based on their performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible high school (9-12th grade) students must be U.S. citizens or legal, permanent residents of the United States (green card holders), enrolled in an American school* for at least one year, and under the age of 20.

Fees:
The IChO 2023 participation fee is USD 3000 for a team.
