As the Sales Manager, you will be a key player in the Vienna office, responsible for spearheading the sales of petrochemicals through both contractual agreements and spot deals. Your role will encompass the following key tasks: -
Analyzing the market and providing insightful reports to the international Product Manager.
Collaborating with the Marketing team to generate leads and qualify new sales opportunities.
Managing sales to both existing and new direct accounts while supporting distribution partners.
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned territory.
Understanding customer requirements, staying abreast of key market trends, and addressing their needs effectively.
Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with clients through regular visits and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results in our CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales,
preferably within the petrochemical industry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A team player with a customer-oriented mindset,
friendliness, openness, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with CRM systems or equivalent sales
management tools.
Strong understanding of the petrochemical market and
associated logistics, including Incoterms, dangerous
goods regulations, transport equipment, overseas and
bulk logistics, and international regulations.
