Job Description:
The role involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Standards (CAPA) in the EMEA region, including tracking actions, due dates, ownerships, and status. It involves reviewing CAPA documentation, conducting CAPA effectiveness checks, calculating and reporting KPIs, and monitoring EMEA QMS compliance with external quality and regulatory requirements.
The individual is responsible for handling client requests, managing reports, emails, and document submissions, assisting the Quality & Compliance department with quality systems, providing global backup, and training new team members.

2. Initial Experience within Quality Systems processes or CAPA activities, about 2-3 years of prior experience in quality department preferred.
3. Basic understanding of the ISO 13485 or ISO 9000 requirements.
4. Working proficiency in English language.
5. Extensive MS Office skills, computer literacy."
