Eligibility Criteria

"• 3 years’ experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role with reporting experience in a commercial business environment
• Clear and concise communicator – Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
• Ability to think strategically and consider the impact of decision making on operations
• Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, charts, formulas)
• Proficient in EPM (Hyperion), TM1 or similar OLAP tools, including the creation of new executive reports
• Multicurrency experience and sound accounting knowledge
• Possess cross-functional stakeholder management skills with experience in collaborating and maintaining strong relationships.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines with a self-driven, innovative, and hands-on approach.
• Time management skills with effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Accountability with strong ownership, proactive attitude and the ability to work with an open and good-humoured approach.
• Business Acumen - understands how personal objectives align with business objectives"
