Course: SCHOLASTIC ART AND WRITING AWARDS
Description:
Scholastic Awards winners are celebrated everywhere, via ceremonies, exhibitions, and publications. National Medalists are eligible for scholarships of up to $12,500. Submissions are judged by luminaries in the visual and literary arts. Since 1923, the Scholastic Awards have sparked the creative growth of many teens.

Perks:
Artworks on current events are eligible for $2,000 scholarships. High school seniors submitting a portfolio of six works are eligible for scholarships of up to $12,500. Works about personal grief, loss, and bereavement are eligible for $2,500 scholarships/travel stipends.
Eligibility Criteria:
Work with an authentic and unique point of view and style. Eligibility: Public, private, or home-school students in the U.S., Canada, or American schools in the rest of the world enrolled in grades 7–12 (ages 13 and up) are eligible to participate in the Scholastic Awards.
