Description:
The test covers general knowledge of Latin grammar and vocabulary, mythology, Roman culture, derivatives, and translation abilities. The office of the National Latin Exam is located in James Farmer Hall on the campus of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

"Scholarships: $2,000 AWARDS
Applications for the $2,000 scholarships will be mailed to gold medal winners in Latin III, Latin III-IV Prose, III-IV Poetry, or Latin V-VI who are high school seniors. Those who apply must agree to take at least one year of Latin or Classical Greek in college"

Students who are enrolled in Latin or have completed a Latin course during the current academic year

Fees:
Exams cost $6.00 each for schools in the United States and Canada. A handling fee of $20.00 will be added to orders of 1-10 exams. A handling fee of $30.00 will be added to orders of 11 or more exams.
